Roger Waters pubblica un nuovo brano e annuncia una versione teatrale di The Wall

Nel giorno dell’uscita del Live from Prague, l’ex mente dei Pink Floyd ha sorpreso tutti con due importanti novità: la pubblicazione di un nuovo brano inedito tramite il suo account X e una lunga intervista rilasciata al giornalista premio Pulitzer Chris Hedges sul suo canale YouTube.
Durante il colloquio, Waters ha svelato un progetto tanto ambizioso quanto affascinante: sta lavorando a una nuova versione teatrale di The Wall, con l’intenzione di portarla in scena alla spettacolare Sphere di Las Vegas, uno dei palcoscenici tecnologicamente più avanzati al mondo.
La notizia alimenta ulteriormente le aspettative per un futuro album in studio che potrebbe includere alcune delle recenti composizioni dell’artista: The Bar, Crystal Clear Brooks, Under the Rubble e il nuovo brano Sumud, presentato oggi.

Roger Waters: Sto cominciando a parlare un po’ di più della mia industria e di come, sai, hanno cercato di zittirmi e continuano a farlo. Esce fuori di tutto continuamente in questo periodo.
