“Tutti i presenti alla festa sembravano divertirsi ma il mio parere è che i Pink Floyd non diano il meglio di sé come gruppo da ‘feste scolastiche’. Anche se i biglietti parlavano di freak out il Rag Ball non fu altro che un normalissimo ballo. C’erano più effetti psichedelici nelle luci intermittenti a segnalare la chiusura del bar che durante il resto della serata. L’unico evento spontaneo che ho avuto modo di osservare è stato lo svenimento nella fredda aria notturna di una ragazza che aveva bevuto più di quanto il suo stomaco potesse sopportare”.
